What You’ll Experience
Inside the Sensual & Somatic Self-Care Library you’ll find a curated collection of guided practices designed to support your nervous system, deepen embodiment, and reconnect you with your sensual intelligence.
You’ll be guided through a range of short audio and video practices (between 4–22 minutes), some rooted in stillness, others in gentle movement and flow. Each one offers a different doorway into your body, to ground, release, soothe, or ignite.
You’ll receive lifetime access to the library via a beautifully curated document which has a steady & spacious flow, and is easy to return to whenever you need support.
